Services: Facilities
 Rooms
at ACC are available for use by various community groups. There
is no fee for use by non-profit groups between 6:00 a.m. and 10:00
p.m. Monday through Friday. A fee is charged if your use is outside
these hours or if yours is a for-profit organization (please see
fee chart).
Before completing the printable room use form, please call 989.358.7360
to check availability of desired room/space. After room availability
is confirmed,
print and
complete the form.*
- Record building, room number and date.
- Record advertised starting time, the day of the week, and your
arrival and departure time.
- Complete all blanks in the section (required).
- Record any additional comments.
- Record any and all Special Services desired. Audio visual, Satellite
Downlink or Interactive System information is
available at Library Services. Food Service information is available
at Nutrition Food Service.
