Article VIII
SECTION I: Regular meeting dates shall be determined by
the Student Judiciary during the first meeting in the fall.
SECTION II: The deliberation of all cases shall be restricted
to members of the Student Judiciary except in cases where the Judiciary
shall so choose that valuable insight may be obtained and the cause
of justice be better served.
