Student Judiciary Bylaws Article VI
SECTION I: The student may choose to have the case heard
in an informal hearing conducted by the Dean of Student Affairs.
The Dean of Student Affairs will determine the guilt or innocence
of the student and if guilty, will determine the punishment.
SECTION II: The appeal process will follow the route of
any decision made by the Student Judiciary (See
Article V, Section IV).
