Article IV
SECTION I: The Student Judiciary shall have the power as
delegated by Alpena Community College to adjudicate on all matters
in which violations of the rules and regulations of Alpena Community
College occur.
SECTION II: The Executive Dean shall have jurisdiction over
all appeals.
SECTION III: The Student Judiciary shall have jurisdiction
during the regular school year (first and second semester) excluding
registration period, exam period, orientation, and summer school.
